Changming Friction Material Co., Ltd. is a professional enterprise of researching
and manufacturing motorcycles, mechanical and electric friction disks and
arresters. We have passed the ISO9002 Management System Certificate in 2000.
Our company lies beside the 104 State Road (from Hangzhou to Nanjing), 18 kilometers away from Hangzhou. The company is equipped with more than 110 sets of die-casting, glue-refining, vulcanizing and grinding machines, and inspecting machines of dry and wet friction material. Besides, the company has set up the Institute of Friction Material. Since its founding in 1987, the company has researched and produced 80 series of products ranging from 50-250CC non asbestos wet friction piece, dry and wet centrifugal blocks, etc. Its monthly output of friction pieces reaches over 3 million, and centrifugal blocks 300 thousand sets, which however still can not meet the market requirement. Our products have been appointed by Yangtse, Wuyang-Honda, Jialing, Qianjiang, Lianhe, Lifan, Zongshen, Longxin, and other large-sized motorcycle manufacturers as their associated products. Furthermore, a large part of our products have been exported to southeast Aisa. Thanks to the visits and inspections of Honda Company and F.C.C, we have become the cooperating manufacturer of Indian TVC-SUZUKI and Shanghai F.C.C. To meet the variety and small-batch requirement of mechanical and
motor industries, our company has researched and developed more than ten
species of products applied in engineering machine, automobile air-condition,
elevator, lawn mower machine, motor clutch blade, and arrester blade. |
